Philosophy

Training – coaching – organisational development – business administration – Rainer Arlt feels at home in all four of these worlds. It is the complex questions that arise in the area of conflict between the business goals of an organisation and the individual needs/ potentials of people which have enthused and thrilled him anew, day after day for the almost 20 years of his professional life. And this applies equally to customers and his own company. In addition to his operative duties as a trainer, consultant and coach, he is also responsible in management at Commax for the selection and development of the company's own employees – the very core of Commax. “Work hard – play hard.” This has been his motto since his university days in England. He interprets this personally as follows: “Always make the highest demands of yourself and your professional environment. That means professionalism, coupled with humour and the conscious enjoyment of the good things in life.”
